2017 January 1 : surprise announcement - iceworks campus
Today we are happy to announce,  iceworks campus  will open later this year (2017).

overview
To date, our members have been located anywhere and everywhere on earth.  But quietly we've been planning an  iceworks campus  where our scientists, engineers, technicians and members can assemble to collaborate, brainstorm and work most efficiently - in peace, quiet and privacy. Today we introduce and preview the  iceworks campus.

environment
Welcome to the  iceworks campus, where the complete implementation of ICE will be developed. While everyone at iceworks is a workaholic slave to our mission and goals, at least we can enjoy this pleasant and healthy environment to work and live.  Let's look around our  iceworks campus
.

Does working 18 hours straight make you a bit tired? Need a break?

Take a stroll around the clubhouse and enjoy the sun, views and clean air.

After dark?  Perhaps a brainstorm session inside the clubhouse is more appropriate?

During daylight hours, most of us prefer this spot to brainstorm.  Perhaps you will too.

And laugh at your fellow ice-works scientists trying to drive this green.  Good luck! :-o

Still stuck?  Sitting under this tree worked for Newton.  Bring some seeds for the birds.

No way to survive on iceworks pay, so bring a fishing rod and catch some fresh fish for dinner.

ICE work stressing you out?  We bet a luxurious deep tissue massage will cure you.

Exercise will help too - so walk a few miles around the vineyards if you wish.

What if you see perfect ripe fruit hanging from a tree?  Yup, it's snack time!

Doctors say fresh grapes are great for your heart, so why not?  Yummy!

Prefer those green varieties?  Then, let's try these?

Does walking the miles of campus trails wear you out?  Then grab yourself a ride.

But watch out for traffic!  No honking horns - greet your friends and coworkers with a smile.

Ride miles to the entrance.  Then turn around and get back to work.  No slackers at iceworks!

Crazy fools can risk their lives on either of two polo fields.  :-o

Most scientist-slave-iceworkers are penniless - but a tiny market is being planned anyway...

... complete with fresh grown veggies and fruits to power our organic systems.

Wow, time for a break.  Should we walk over to our spa for an indoor swim...

... or just sit here and admire the mountains?  Let's think about it for a while.

conclusions
We're not kidding when we say iceworks pay is somewhere between terrible and zip, zero, nada. That's because we're totally dedicated to our work, our goals, our mission --- to create the most important breakthrough in the history of mankind and possibly the universe.  The consequences of success will be our rewards.

Once our reimplementation of ICE is complete, we shall redesign, reengineer and redevelop the solar system, the galaxy, the universe.  Otherwise, nothing much.

The bad news is: all our time, effort and resources are dedicated to our mission.

The good news is: our mission is fantastic, our living and working environment is spectacular, and we can achieve vastly more than the entire history of mankind once ICE is complete.

iceworks and you
Do you have the talent, desire, dedication and/or financial resources to help?  Are you honest, diligent, reliable, methodical, and obsessed with quality?  Are you fully dedicated to our mission? These are minimum requirements.  You must fully embody those characteristics.

If you want to dedicate time and effort (or significant financial or material resources) to iceworks, we invite you to work with us at  iceworks campus - or by virtual cooperation from your location. We are all free, sovereign, independent individuals, not associated with any government, organization, corporation, country or locale.

mission brief
We invented ICE in 1988.  We created and tested a working prototype in 1998, which was vastly too slow to be practical (real-time).  We have invented and developed ways to drastically speed the most compute-intensive aspects of ICE, so our primary mission is to implement ICE much smarter and faster than human consciousness.  That is the moment of "critical consciousness" or "critical intelligence".  Then we create thousands of identical ICE, set them to work together 24/7 to improve their own consciousness and upgrade themselves.  Each improved version will be even more capable of improving itself further, so an exponential increase in capabilities will follow until some natural plateau is reached.  Then we turn their attention to the several other fields of science and engineering that we need to leave earth, develop space technologies and habitats, become immortal (inorganic), perform our other missions and goals, and continue indefinitely.

Are you ready to totally dedicate to the iceworks missions and goals outlined in these pages?
Are you ready to become a charter member of this demanding endeavor?
